I run experiential workshops for teams navigating psychological safety, hybrid-working disconnection, and belonging — using structured sound and music-based activities as the mechanism, not the headline.

Sessions run half or full day, for groups of 15–25, built around a two-act format: Listen, then Play. Activities like Call and Response and The Tree (a custom capacitive-touch instrument) are designed around specific workplace outcomes, not performance or music lessons.

This draws on 20+ years working in serious mental health settings — psychiatric hospitals, prisons, CAMHS — alongside an elite arts practice (BBC, Tate Modern, Royal Philharmonic Society) and a technical/engineering background. That combination is unusual, and it's what makes the format work.

If you would like me to run a session please get in touch.
