Alongside training delivery, I work with organisations as a strategic advisor — including an ongoing engagement with a director at a UK government department, brought in to support AI adoption across their team.
That work starts with listening: understanding their existing infrastructure, what's already available to them, and where the real friction is — the tasks quietly wasting time or proving too difficult, not just the obvious ones. From there it's a mix of teaching, practical suggestions, and building — sometimes I build agents for them directly, sometimes alongside a team member, sometimes I show them how to build it themselves. Which approach depends on what actually gets them unstuck, not a fixed method.
This extends to advisory work in AI and creativity at policy level, including advising Government on AI in the workplace and as a creative act.
The thinking behind all of it stays consistent: adopt AI thoughtfully, without losing what makes the work good.
